Product Review: Colour Studio Professional's Nail Paint in Bosphorus

Hello lovely peeps!
Welcome back to my blog!
Lately, I was on a hunt to find the perfect nail paint for this spring/summer and one day, roaming in the mall I stumbled upon this nail paint stall which I had totally forgotten about.

Colour studio professional(CSP) comes out with a new nail paint every other month and their range of nail paints are actually breath-taking. So, I thought, why not give one of their nail paint(from the Haute collection ) a go.

Here, I am reviewing Bosphorus, which is a pastel green (with a hint of teal) nail paint. This nail paint is from their Haute collection. It is really refreshing and is perfect to wear with bright colored tunics. It suits almost every skin type. It has no glitter or shimmer. The nail paint goes on smooth and gets opaque in about two/three coats .

CSP's nail paints never disappointment me,to be honest but, this one is a winner for me so far. I get so many compliments when I am wearing it so, I guess I should stop my hunt and stick to this,
These nail paints are super affordable (PKR 250) and readily available, if you live in Pakistan then, CLICK HERE, to purchase it.

Let me know in the comments below, your favourite nail paint from CSP.

Thank you! for making it to the bottom of the post :')
Hope you enjoyed!
Have a nice day ahead!

Product Review: Lo'real Paris Le Vernis Nail Paint in Ocean Porcelain-858

Hello lovely readers!
Happy New Year, guys. Today, I am so excited to write my first blog post of 2015. Moving on,I am so sorry for being MIA for a while but, let me tell you guys one thing that one of my new year resolutions was to be more active on my blog so, I hope that I could be more persistent in terms of writing.
Okay, as the name of the blog says it, today I will be reviewing Lo'real Paris's nail paint, Lo'real just launched their new nail paint collection known as "Le Vernis",it is a series of pale colour nail polishes and I will reviewing the nail paint in Ocean porcelain 858 which is a pretty pale baby blue colour.

The brush is pretty wide which makes it easy to apply the nail paint and this nail paint has a WOW factor which is that it dries really quickly.I found that a thin double layer works best with this polish. This nail paint is best to wear with a chunky sweater or a well-embroidered top and would look incredible with a colourful chunky ring or knuckle rings.

Thank you! for making it to the bottom of the post :')
Hope you enjoyed!
Have a nice day ahead!

Imperfections within my skin - Skin Confessions!

Okay,so, after reading the title you guys would have been wondering that is post will be about "me complaining about my skin" but, hi! guys,I will not be doing that infact, I am out on a hunt finding that one skincare product that does it all for me.

There are a very few people on this planet -Earth, that are blessed with healthy, glowing, acne and dark-spot free face; whereas others, including me have to work really hard to get that healthy and glowing face. Every morning and sometimes at night I spend hours and hours doing my skincare routine in-order,to avoid any dark spots or uneven skin tone and sometimes my skin goes craycray hence, I get a bi-jillion pimples on my face and what not. Sometimes, battling with my pimples my face gets distributed into different tones and then, that's the time when no whitening cream or skincare product works. Oh!and how can I forget about efforts Mr.Sun makes in-order to tan up my skin. However, I'm still finding/waiting for that one cream that does it all, reduces my dark spots, evens out my skin and of course! brightens/whitens it up.

Inorder, to study my skin and find flaws in it, I will start to ask a few questions from myself and would later answer them. If you are also in the same situation as I am -that is finding that one cream that does it all, then I would suggest you all to do this fun activity with me.

So Ladies, let's get started!

Here are the questions:
  1. What is my skin type? Is it Dry/Oily or Combination?
  2. Do I get acne or occasionally pimples?
  3. Is my skin having dark spots, at the moment?
  4. Is my face divided into different skin tones?
  5. Do I go out alot ,especially in daytime?
  6. Do I encounter air pollution on the daily bases?

Now,it's time to jot down some answers.
Remember,to first touch your skin ,study and analyze it and then answer them.
And, here are my answers!

  1. My skin type is combination.
  2. I get pimples, occasionally.
  3. Yes, I have a few dark spots and a few blemishes,at the moment.
  4. Yes, my fore head has a completely different colour than that of my T-zone area and my neck.
  5. I am a student so, yes I encounter sunlight and air pollution, alot.

So,according to these answer, I need something that is made for people with combination skin type. Has a higher number of SPF in it and could even out my skin tone.Even could reduce or I should say vanishes the dark spots.

So, my hunt still continues!
Though, this time I have things cleared up in my head.

And, I will definitely let you guys know, till then my search continues........

Thank you! for making it to the bottom of the post :')
Hope you enjoyed!
Have a nice day ahead!
xoxo

First up goes, my favourite pair of footwear for this month :

They are perfect to be paired with cigarette pants and are so, ridiculously comfortable that
I basically live in them. I would definitely wear them in the upcoming Fall season.

Second up is, a blush from Sleek (Flamingo).

It's one of my all time favourite blushes. It's super pigmented and has a pretty sleek and elegant packaging, and let me just tell you that I'm a sucker for packaging. So, yes! I love it.

Next up is, an old purchase of mine and this month I went back to it.
It's a mono-eyeshadow from Rimmel in MARS.

My another favourite is a product that gives my face a glow, a shine as, if I have drunk a million glass of water.
MUA's Undress me- highlighter.

Okay, so, this product is a Mascara and guys, I officially announce this that, this is the best mascara I have ever used. Clumps-ALOT but, as they say you have to lose something to gain something. Anyways, this mascara just pumps and volumizes my lashes and make them look so much fuller and thicker.
So, the mascara I am raving about is the Maybelline's Rocket mascara.

Next up is, my favourite lip product, which was a swap gift from a lovely Beauty Blogger Nida Arshad.
I would encourage everyone of you to check out her blog, she is a very creative writer.
And here is the LINK.
Revlon's Just Bitten Kissable Stain in Sweetheart Valentine.

The writing is barely there so, that pretty much explains how much I love it.

My favourite scrub for this month is The Body Shop's Shea Butter Scrub.

      Product Review: RSL's Hdyra-White duo.

      Hello Everybody!
Today, I will be reviewing my very first P.R sample ,which was sent to be by RSL. So, without any further a do, Let's jump into it.

So, Firstly, I was asked to choose my sample from the three kinds of the duo-s.Which were following:

      • Acne be gone - for acne prone skin.
      • Hydra white - skin whitening treatment.
      • RSL 7 - multivitamins treatment.

and of course, I chose Hydra-White duo, because I don't have acne and secondly, I wanted something that would brighten-up my skin.

      Why I like it?
I will not say that "Why I love it?" because, this product wasn't MIND-BLOWING but, it surely was a satisfying product. The product claims that it will promote healthy glowing skin, lighten skin and will reduce dark spots. In my opinion, this product does reduces dark spots and evens out skin complexion. It is effective though, it takes alot of time while doing this , its extremely slow whilst, it claims to do all these things in just four weeks. Budget-wise they are super affordable but, both of these products do contain sulphates and parabens.

      Further Details:
      • Rsl Hydra White Whitening Cream :
It comes in a plastic tube with a flip top lid that secures it,making it a travel friendly product. It's consistency is slightly thick and the colour is stark white. The smell of this cream is abit obnoxious,to be honest. This really helps me at night as my skin becomes extremely dry and stiff, it relaxes my skin and leaves my skin soft and smooth.According to my observation, it  only helps to moisturise my face but, didnot evens out my skin tone.

P.S: I use to apply it twice a day, right after the face wash.

      • Rsl Hydra White Face wash :
The packaging is almost the same except for the colour of the plastic tube. The consistency is slightly thick and the colour is milky white, same as that of the syrup in the Boston creme donut. That pretty much explains the appearance of the face wash. The smell of the face-wash was unbearable for me,at first but later I invented a way to make the scent of this face-wash bearable by mixing a bit of my Pond's face-wash with it ,every time I use to use it.It use to hardly lather and I usually use to struggle to clean it off as it took a lot of water in-order to get cleaned.

      • Pros:

      1. Travel-friendly packaging.
      2. Super affordable.
      3. Reduces dark spot.
      4. Easily available.

      • Cons:
      1. The fragrance of both of the products is a bit obnoxious.
      2. Both of them contain parabens and sulphates.
      3. Doesnot even out the skin.

      RATE: 3/5

      Price:
The Hydra White Whitening Cream: 150PKR
      The Hydra White Face-wash: 95PKR

Both of them are available- HERE!

For further information on RSL products, visit their Facebook fanpage- HERE!

Thank you! for making it to the bottom :')
      Hope you enjoyed!
      Have a nice day ahead!
